Support the GPOPS Project
We depend on your donations to keep GPOPS alive.
If you like GPOPS and would like to see it improved over time, then please donate to the project. We apologizing for being so forthright, but we put forth a great deal of volunteer time. The developers of GPOPS count on your generosity to continue to develop and improve the software (which we are doing on a continual basis).
Donors who provide an e-mail address will receive a thank-you e-mail. We will not contact you beyond this thank-you e-mail unless you want to be contacted.
GPOPS is free software, but producing it and maintaining it takes time and a great deal of effort. Currently, Dr. Anil V. Rao and his graduate students have invested a great deal of effort into the development of the code in order to get it to the state it is in today. In addition, the project developers are extremely generous in answering technical questions and helping users with the software.
How much should I donate?
We reiterate that we are grateful for any amount that is donated to the GPOPS project. If you like GPOPS and would like to see it improved over time, then please donate whatever you are able to the project.
Where should donations be sent?
Because the primary development of GPOPS has been done in the Department of Mechanical and Aerospace Engineering at the University of Florida, we request that donations be made to the University of Florida Foundation, directed to the Department of Mechanical and Aerospace Engineering for use in Dr. Anil V. Rao’s research group.
